Area identification & potential analysis
At the beginning of each of our projects we start with the identification, analysis and examination of potential sites.
The spatial planning and permissibility of the construction project is then checked with the support of a GIS analysis and photogrammetric procedures.
Project development
During the project development itself, we talk to landowners and prepare the lease negotiations and conclusion of contracts.
This also includes checks on eligibility for subsidies under the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG), calculations on the economic viability of the construction project and the preparatory grid connection point determination.
Project management
In the area of project management, we support the urban land-use planning process and coordinate the coordination of our planned facilities with the responsible authorities and all public agencies.
Our services include the complete coordination and cooperation of all parties involved to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
Approval planning
In this fourth service phase we accompany the building permit procedure and the approval exemptions.
We prepare a detailed planning application and obtain rapid approval for the open space project we have designed.
